Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how personal data is handled when you visit taxkey.io and when you submit the “Request a Demo” form. It does not cover the ProTax or CAMA Tool applications, which are operated under separate agreements with the institutions that use them.
2. Who is responsible

3. Data we collect through the demo request form
- Full name and work email address
- Organization or institution, country and organization type
- Product of interest and the message you write
- The date and time of submission and the page from which the form was sent
Please do not include sensitive personal data, taxpayer records or confidential institutional information in the message field.
To protect the form from abuse, our server temporarily processes your IP address for rate limiting. It is held in memory only and is not stored with your request.
4. Why we use it
We use the information solely to respond to your request, arrange a relevant product demonstration and carry on related correspondence. The basis for this processing is your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our products, as applicable under the law that governs your request. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to marketing lists without your separate consent.
5. Service providers
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider (Resend) and the site is served by a hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. Some providers may process data outside your country; where required, appropriate safeguards will apply.
6. Retention
We keep demo request information for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting discussions, and no longer than [24 months — to be confirmed] after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or a contractual relationship follows.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. 8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated and, where required, your consent will be requested first.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form input is validated on the server, and access to submitted requests is limited to the people who need it to respond.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page.
